Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) in Islamabad, a wholly owned subsidiary of Government Holdings Private Limited, invites electronic bids for the procurement and implementation of a globally recognized Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This strategic initiative aims to streamline the management of LNG imports, storage, and regasification through a modernized digital infrastructure. Authorized and reputable firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments are eligible to participate. Detailed bidding documents containing comprehensive terms, conditions, and technical requirements are accessible via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and the official PLL and PPRA websites. All interested vendors must submit their electronic proposals through the EPADS portal no later than 03:00 PM on 21 May 2026. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. The electronic bids will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day at the PLL Head Office in Petroleum House. This project reflects the government's mandate to enhance operational efficiency in Pakistan's energy sector through advanced technology.
