Description / Scope of Work
The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the supply of various technical and IT equipment for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is divided into three distinct tender lots: Tender No. 3064 for high-speed scanners, Tender No. 3065 for specialized KIOSK machines, and Tender No. 3066 for 30 KVA and 10 KVA UPS systems and digital cameras including IP Dome and Bullet models with NVR systems. This government tender is conducted through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) V 2.0. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and have active status on the FBR's taxpayer list. Detailed specifications and terms are available on the EPADS portal. Interested firms must submit the original bid security instrument to the Director of Material Management office before the electronic submission deadline. All electronic bids must be uploaded via the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the FESCO Old Thermal Plant.
