The Office of the Deputy Director Food in Hyderabad, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the transportation of wheat and empty gunny bags for the crop year 2024-2025. The scope of work involves the movement of wheat stocks from various procurement centers and godowns to designated flour mills and storage points within the Hyderabad region. Interested transport contractors and firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess a valid professional tax certificate. The bidding process requires a bid security of 5 percent of the total bid value in the form of a call deposit or pay order. Bidders must demonstrate a reliable fleet and previous experience in logistics to be eligible for the contract. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the SPPRA rules must be submitted to the Deputy Director Food's office. All bids must be received by 12:00 PM on 21 May 2026, and the opening of tenders will take place at 1:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the regional procurement committee and participating bidders.
