Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Director Education in Gilgit, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed tenders from reputed registered firms, dealers, and contractors for the procurement of furniture and IT equipment. This project is funded under the Development Budget 2025-26 for targeted schemes within District Gilgit. Eligible bidders must provide proof of registration, at least five years of relevant work experience, and financial bank statements covering the last five years. The tender process requires a bid security in the form of a bank draft or pay order issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the Deputy Director Education Gilgit. Bidders must also submit a non-blacklisting certificate and copies of valid CNICs. All rates must be quoted on the prescribed bid form, and the successful bidder will be responsible for the timely supply of goods as per the approved technical specifications. Sealed proposals must reach the office by 10:30 AM on 25 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for the same day.
