Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of imported medical furniture under Package No. 9-A. This procurement is specifically designed for the establishment of two major healthcare facilities: the 200-bedded Mother and Child Hospital and Nursing College in District Layyah, and the 200-bedded Mother and Child Hospital and Nursing College in District Attock. The project is estimated to cost approximately 75 million PKR and will be conducted on a DAP basis. Bidders must submit a bid security of 1.5 million PKR. This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. All interested applicants must be registered on the EPADS system, as manual bids are strictly prohibited. The comprehensive scope includes both the initial delivery and long-term maintenance of specialized medical equipment. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 03:30 PM on 20 May 2026, with technical bids being opened shortly thereafter at 04:00 PM.
