Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Irrigation Department, specifically the Marala Division UCC in Sialkot, invites electronic bids for multiple infrastructure and repair projects. The works include repairing and strengthening of T-Head Spur at RD: 11+920 of LMB, opening/closing of porcupine holes at Colony Protection Bund and Left Marginal Bund, and providing side protection and cattle ghats at Warpal Disty. This government tender is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under a Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Bidding is open to engineering firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the relevant CE-04 code. Bids are based on the 2nd Bi-Annual Market Rate System (Jan-June 2026) for District Sialkot. Interested parties must submit their e-bids through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Executive Engineer, Marala Division UCC, Sialkot.
