Description / Scope of Work
The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) in Faisalabad, Punjab invites electronic bids from interested eligible bidders for the supply of various technical and IT-related equipment. This tender, comprising references 3064-3066/FESCO/DMM/T&P/2025-2026, includes the procurement of high-performance scanners, advanced surveillance cameras (including 2MP IP Dome and Bullet cameras with NVR systems), and power backup solutions such as 10 KVA and 30 KVA UPS units. These items are required to enhance the digital monitoring and administrative infrastructure of FESCO's operations. Bidding documents containing detailed technical specifications and terms are available on the EPADS V 2.0 portal. All participating firms must register on the EPADS system, as manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are also required to submit an original Bid Security instrument to the office of the Director (Material Management) before the submission deadline. The electronic bids must be submitted via the e-procurement portal no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, and will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day.
