Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Khurrianwala in Khurrianwala, Punjab invites sealed tenders from authorized workshops and registered firms for the repair and maintenance of essential municipal machinery. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms can be obtained from the office of the Municipal Officer Infrastructure during office hours. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Technical and financial bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, and the opening of bids will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of committee members and participating bidders. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost is required to be submitted with the tender documents.
