Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP), headquartered in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of miscellaneous equipment to support its administrative and promotional operations. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1 involves the purchase of a 5 KVA air-cooled generator (petrol, diesel, or gas) with an electric start system, and Lot 2 focuses on the procurement of five interactive vertical digital kiosks featuring 55-inch IPS/VA panels and Android 11.0 operating systems. This procurement is conducted via the e-PADS system in compliance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must submit their proposals electronically through the e-PADS portal. An original hard copy of the bid security instrument must also be physically submitted to the TDCP Head Office. Detailed technical specifications, including resolution and brightness requirements for the kiosks and engine parameters for the generator, are provided in the bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals will be opened and evaluated through the automated e-PADS system on 22 May 2026
