Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for the operation, maintenance, and repair of various sewerage systems and water supply schemes. The scope of work includes the desilting of sewer lines and manholes, repair of pacca brickwork, and maintenance of C.I. frames across different zones in Rahim Yar Khan. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab E-PADS (E-Tendering System) in compliance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant categories and codes and must be active taxpayers. Bidders are required to upload a 5% earnest money in the form of a CDR and submit their technical and financial proposals via the E-PADS website by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Deputy Director (Engineering), WASA Rahim Yar Khan, to ensure a transparent and competitive selection process for urban infrastructure maintenance
