Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive System Audit of its Geographic Information System (GIS). This technical consultancy project, managed by the Network Planning & Design Department, aims to evaluate the integrity, accuracy, and performance of the existing GIS infrastructure. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must demonstrate professional competence in GIS auditing, possess valid NTN and GST registrations, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents detailing the scope of work, including data security, system architecture review, and functional compliance, are available at the SNGPL Head Office on Kashmir Road.
