Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites electronic bids for renovation and construction works at its head office located on the 3rd Floor, Alfalah Building, The Mall, Lahore. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Interested bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category, be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax, and the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for Sales Tax. Additional requirements include a Professional Tax Certificate for the financial year 2025-26 and an active National Tax Number (NTN) at least two years old. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via the EPADS portal. Mandatory documentation includes a bid-securing declaration, performance guarantee forms, and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted. This project aims to upgrade the administrative infrastructure of the PPRA office in compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
