Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed e-bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms for the procurement of machinery and IT equipment for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of the tender is divided into two main lots: Lot 1 involves the purchase of various machinery items, and Lot 2 focuses on IT equipment, specifically security cameras and related surveillance hardware. This procurement process is being conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, utilizing the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must provide a valid Professional Tax Certificate for the current year. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. A bid security of 5% in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. All electronic bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 23 May 2026, with the official opening of technical bids scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
