Al-Jazari Water & Sanitation Academy (AJWA) in Lahore invites electronic bids for the construction of washrooms on the first floor of its office building in Township. The project involves civil works, plumbing, and electrical installations, including the provision of MRS-standard items such as water heaters (geysers) and vanity units, alongside non-standard items like LED ceiling lights and electric hand dryers. Interested contractors must be registered on the e-PADS portal and hold a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. A bid security of 5 percent (amounting to Rs. 95,490) of the estimated cost of Rs. 1,909,800 is required in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee. E-bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with the opening of bids occurring shortly thereafter.
