Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Haripur, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various uniforms, liveries, and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement includes the supply of high-quality clothing for staff, including coats, trousers, and shirts, as well as necessary accessories and other office-related materials. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List. Tender documents containing detailed specifications and quantities can be obtained from the office of the District and Sessions Judge during regular working hours. Each bid must be accompanied by a 2% bid security of the total quoted price in the form of a call deposit or pay order. The final deadline for the submission of technical and financial bids is 22 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the formal opening of the bids scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. All procurement will be conducted in strict accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules to ensure fair competition and transparency.
