Description / Scope of Work
The School Education & Literacy Department in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders and authorized distributors for the procurement of IT equipment, furniture and fixtures, and various other essential items. This procurement is intended to support the operational requirements of the Reform Support Unit and associated educational administrative offices within the province. The project scope includes the supply of high-end laptops, desktop computers, printers, networking hardware, and ergonomic office furniture to upgrade existing infrastructure. Detailed specifications and quantities for each lot are outlined in the official bidding documents available at the department's office. Applicants must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Sindh Revenue Board, maintaining an active taxpayer status. Technical and financial bids must be submitted under the single-stage two-envelope procedure as per SPP Rules. Complete proposals must reach the office of the Chief Program Manager no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, where they will be opened shortly thereafter in the presence of authorized representatives.
