The Executive Engineer, Upper Western Bar Division Thingi in Vehari, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the Rehabilitation of Ghulam Wah Flood Embankment from RD 0+000 to RD 45+689. This significant infrastructure project, under the Punjab Irrigation Department, is being tendered on an item rate basis with a total estimated cost of approximately 64.15 million Rupees. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must hold a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2025-26 and be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and the EPADS system. The scope of work involves comprehensive flood embankment rehabilitation to be completed by 30 June 2026. A bid security or earnest money of 3,207,443 Rupees, representing 5% of the estimated cost, must be uploaded via the EPADS portal.
