The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency in Dunyapur, Punjab invites sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of ADS-II Dunyapur. This large-scale infrastructure project has an estimated cost of 582,504,765 Rupees and requires an earnest money deposit of 29,125,238 Rupees. The procurement is being conducted through the E-PADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority under a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-2 or above and maintain active tax filer status with both the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority. The project scope encompasses comprehensive rehabilitation works with a strictly defined completion period of six months. Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 10:30 AM on 26 May 2026, with the public bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day at the PHATA headquarters in Lahore.
