Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for two significant infrastructure rehabilitation projects. The first project involves the rehabilitation of the 03 Marla Housing Scheme in Pasrur, with an estimated cost of 95,639,427 Rupees and a required bid security of 4,781,971 Rupees. The second project covers the rehabilitation of roads and streets, including street lights, in the Area Development Scheme in Narowal, estimated at 55,809,138 Rupees with a bid security of 2,790,457 Rupees. Contractors must be registered with E-PADS, FBR, and PRA, and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registrations in categories C-4 and C-5 or above, respectively. Both projects have a completion time limit of six months. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the E-PADS portal by 09:30 AM on 26 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 10:00 AM on the same day.
