Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of electronics items, IT equipment, and office furniture under the Misali Gaon (Model Villages) Programme. This project, initiated under the Annual Development Plan 2025-26, seeks to equip model villages through a framework contract. The procurement is divided into multiple lots, including electronics items with an estimated budget of 19.59 million Rupees, IT and electronics equipment valued at 62.77 million Rupees, and office furniture. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, or sellers with active tax registration. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 2:00 PM on 20 May 2026. Additionally, original bid security instruments must be physically submitted to the PRMSC head office at KD Plaza, MM Alam Road. Technical bids will be opened electronically at 2:30 PM on the same day.
