Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites expressions of interest from reputable consulting firms for the selection of consultants to provide Design Review and Construction Supervision services. This significant infrastructure project focuses on the Hyderabad-Sukkur Motorway, specifically the M-6 Section. The scope of work involves a comprehensive review of existing designs followed by meticulous supervision of the construction works to ensure quality and compliance with international standards. The project is being financed by the OPEC Fund for International Development, and the selection process will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. Interested firms must demonstrate their expertise by providing detailed brochures, descriptions of similar previous assignments, and staff availability. The tentative duration for the design review phase is 03 months, while the construction supervision phase is estimated to last 30 months. A pre-submission meeting is scheduled for 14 May 2026. All formal expressions of interest must be submitted to the Procurement and Contract Administration section no later than 12:30 PM on 01 June 2026.
