Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible service providers for the hiring of services for the management of revenue recovery. This initiative is part of the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project, which aims to enhance service delivery and financial sustainability in rural areas of the province. The selected firm will be responsible for implementing efficient collection mechanisms and managing revenue streams for water supply and sanitation services within designated rural municipal jurisdictions. Interested bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in revenue collection, financial management, or similar service-oriented operations. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Detailed bidding documents containing the specific scope of work, qualification requirements, and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the PRMSC head office. Proposals must be prepared following the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. The deadline for the submission of technical and financial bids is 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, and the opening of technical bids will occur at 11:30 AM on the same day.
