The Fatima Jinnah Women University in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids from reputable and tax-registered firms for the procurement of high-quality furniture and fixtures for its Campus-I. The scope of the tender includes the supply of various office and educational furniture items to meet the institutional requirements of the university. Interested bidders must be active tax filers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The procurement process follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules. Bidders are required to provide a 2 percent bid security of the total estimated price in the form of a Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 May 2026 at the University Purchase Office to address queries. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 26 May 2026, with the technical opening taking place at 11:30 AM on the same day.
