The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA) in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed electronic bids via E-PADS for major infrastructure rehabilitation projects in Yazman and Burewala. The first project involves the rehabilitation of the Area Development Scheme Extension in Yazman with an estimated cost of 159.58 million Rupees and an 8-month completion timeline. The second project covers the Area Development Scheme II in Burewala, estimated at 634.23 million Rupees with a 12-month completion period. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories C-4 and C-2 or above, respectively, and must hold active NTN and PNTN registrations. A bid security of approximately 5 percent is required for each project. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal by 10:30 AM on 02 June 2026, and the technical opening will follow at 11:00 AM on the same day. Manual, telegraphic, or late submissions will not be accepted.
