Description / Scope of Work
The Department of the Auditor General of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the procurement of various physical assets for the financial year 2024-25. This tender is organized into three distinct lots, covering the supply of IT equipment such as laptops and desktop computers, office furniture and fixtures, and various machinery and equipment including air conditioners and water dispensers. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. A bid security of two percent of the total bid value must be provided in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the Audit House in Islamabad by the closing deadline of 11:00 AM on 27 May 2026
