Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Air) PAF in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply, purchase, and integration of various high-priority defense and IT systems. The tender scope includes the procurement of Skyguard integration with ground centers, a variety of spares against stock levels and deficiencies, and the installation of professional video walls. Interested bidders must be registered and indexed with the DGDP or provide evidence of financial capability, including six months of bank statements and proof of stockist status. The procurement process follows the standard bidding documents of the Pakistan Air Force, with technical and financial proposals required for different lots. Bid closing dates vary by item, with the earliest starting on 02 June 2026 and others extending to 09 June 2026. All technical and financial bids must be submitted to the PAF Base Nur Khan in Rawalpindi by 11:00 AM on the respective opening dates.
