Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services (MES) in Okara, Punjab invites sealed tenders for a term contract regarding external water supply works. This comprehensive project includes minor maintenance and deposit works at Head Sulemanki, Sahiwal, and Okara Cantt. The contract is designed for a one-year duration starting from the issuance of the first work order. Interested contractors and firms must be authorized to tender for these services at the MES Schedule of Rates 2025. Technical and financial submissions are to be delivered to the Office of the GE (Services) Okara Cantt no later than 11:30 AM on 31 May 2026. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to cancel the contract or exercise periodic inspections of firm records to ensure compliance with defense contract security protocols. Bidders must ensure all classified correspondence is maintained properly and no information regarding the construction is divulged without official clearance from DW & CE (Army).
