Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA) in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids from registered contractors for the rehabilitation of Area Development Schemes (ADS) in Vehari and Khanewal. The project is divided into two major lots: the rehabilitation of ADS Vehari with an estimated cost of approximately 483.58 million Rupees, and ADS Khanewal with an estimated cost of approximately 342.40 million Rupees. Both projects have a strict completion timeline of six months. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), hold active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-3 or above. The procurement process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, and all bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal. Bid security amounting to approximately 24.18 million for Vehari and 17.12 million for Khanewal is required. Hard copies or manual submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for electronic bid submission is 09:30 AM on 01 June 2026, with technical openings scheduled for 10:00 AM on the same day.
