Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids for the procurement and fabrication of specialized heavy machinery to enhance municipal sanitation services. The scope of work includes the fabrication of 33 units of suction machines with a 4500L capacity, estimated at 286 million Rupees, and the procurement of 3 wheel-mounted excavators estimated at 375 million Rupees. This procurement is conducted via the e-PADS portal under a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders, including manufacturers, authorized dealers, and firms, must be registered with the FBR and PRA with valid NTN and PNTN certificates. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated price must be uploaded in soft form as a CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order, with the original hard copy submitted to the office of the Additional Director General (Ops). Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the e-PADS system no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026.
