A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders for the construction of a Speed Breeding Facility at Faisalabad. The project has an estimated cost of 30.41 million Rupees and a completion period of 12 months. This invitation is extended to pre-qualified, enlisted, and security-wise cleared contractors. The procurement process includes a pre-bid meeting on 20 May 2026 at 10:00 AM to address technical queries. Technical bids are due by 10:30 AM on 02 June 2026. Financial bids for technically qualified bidders must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 12 June 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Bidders are required to provide a fixed bid security of 625,000 Rupees in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee. Tender documents can be obtained from the Manager (CMD) office in Islamabad for a fee of 5,000 Rupees. Submissions must include two copies of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), which must be pre-signed and stamped.
