Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible international and national construction firms for the construction of major roads in the CBD Punjab Bab-e-Pakistan District. This significant infrastructure project follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligible participants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-1 or above and maintain valid registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to demonstrate specific experience by having completed at least two similar road construction projects with a minimum value of 2.0 billion PKR each within the last ten years. A bid security of 50 million PKR is mandatory for all submissions. Bidding documents can be acquired from the PCBDDA office for a non-refundable fee of 50,000 PKR. Complete technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
