Description / Scope of Work
The Commander MES (Army) Quetta in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed tenders for the replacement of rusty and vintage external water supply lines with 4-inch diameter PE pipes at Quetta Cantonment. This project is part of a series of works including barracks maintenance and road repairs, executed under the Military Engineering Services (MES) and governed by PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. The estimated sanction cost for this specific water supply project is 4.500 million PKR, with a required completion period of one month. Eligible contractors must be enlisted with MES in Category D or above and possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Tenders must be quoted based on the MES Schedule of Rates 2025 and Bazar Supply Schedule of Rates 2017. Detailed bidding documents and drawings can be obtained from the office of the Commander MES (Army) Quetta. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026, and the bid opening will occur at 12:00 PM on the same day.
