Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Buildings CW, PP&H Department Khuzdar in Khuzdar, Balochistan invites sealed electronic bids for the construction of a Cultural Complex. This infrastructure project is based on the Composite Schedule Rates 2023 and follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The estimated cost for the project is 294,706,295 PKR, requiring a 2% bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above (up to 500 million) with specialized codes including CE10 and various sub-codes for soil investigation, landscaping, and general building maintenance. Bidders must also be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, appear on the Active Taxpayer List, and demonstrate a financial turnover of at least 294,706,295 PKR over the last three subsequent years. Additionally, a project-specified credit line certificate for 100% of the project cost is required. Electronic bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard by 09:00 AM on 01 June 2026, with the opening scheduled for 10:00 AM the same day on the EPPS System.
