Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Peshawar Canals Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids via the EPADS system for the restoration of damaged infrastructure and irrigation channels within the Peshawar Canal System. The procurement includes multiple sub-works such as the restoration of the reach of MDBC from RD 0+000 to 45+000 and various other infrastructure repair tasks aimed at maintaining efficient water distribution. This tender is conducted under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and maintain active registrations with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Income Tax authorities. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost is required. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 11:30 AM on 28 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day at the Peshawar Canals Division office on Warsak Road.
