Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (PESSI) Head Office in Lahore invites electronic bids for multiple infrastructure and repair projects at Social Security Basic Health Units (SSBHUs) across Punjab. The scope includes external development work at the Small Industrial Estate in Faisalabad, and special repair or rehabilitation works at locations including Johar Colony, 70-RB, 61-RB, and Gulistan Colony in Faisalabad. Additionally, the tender covers the reconstruction of boundary walls and rehabilitation at Muntazabad and Musa Virk in Multan. These projects are being processed via the PPRA E-Procurement system (EPADS) under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible engineering firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, hold valid NTN and PRA certificates, and provide evidence of regular social security contributions for the last six months. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal by the specified deadline on 03 November 2026.
