Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), Taxila Cantt, invites sealed bids for the procurement of an Access Control System with Communication Accessibility. The project is conducted on a FOR (Freight on Road) basis under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be reputable firms with relevant technical expertise, registered with tax authorities, and reflected on the Active Taxpayers List. The technical offer must conform to the General Staff Requirements and technical specifications provided in the bidding document. A bid security is required, the amount of which must not be disclosed in the technical proposal. Commercial offers must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. Bids must be submitted to the Supply Chain Management Directorate HIT Taxila by 10:30 AM on 01 June 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
