Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (PESSI) invites e-tenders for extensive repair, rehabilitation, and up-gradation projects across multiple facilities in Punjab. Key works include the up-gradation of the Nursing Hostel and Daycare Center at SSTH Lahore, rehabilitation of SSH Rahim Yar Khan, and various maintenance works at DSS South Lahore and Sheikhupura. Bidding is conducted through the e-PADS portal following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC, PRA, and NTN, and provide proof of regular social security contributions. The projects range in value from Rs. 3.25 million to Rs. 59.36 million.
