Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Buildings, CW, PP&H Department, Khuzdar, invites electronic bids for the construction of a Cultural Complex at Khuzdar. This large-scale infrastructure project has an estimated cost of over Rs. 294 Million. Bidding is conducted through the BPPRA EPPS system under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in Category C-3 or above with specialized codes including CE10 (General Civil Engineering). Requirements include a project-specific credit line of 100% of the project cost and proof of completing similar assignments. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard by June 1, 2026.
