The Punjab Building Department Central Zone in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the addition, alteration, and improvement of official residences located at No. 4-Club Lane and No. 2-Golf Lane in GOR-I, Lahore. This government project is managed by the Office of the Executive Engineer, Building Division GORs, Lahore. The procurement involves two distinct lots with a total estimated cost of approximately 5 million Rupees. Interested contractors and firms must be enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the relevant category to be eligible. The scope of work includes civil works and structural improvements to be completed within the current financial year. Bidders are required to submit earnest money amounting to 5% of the estimated cost for each lot. Technical and financial proposals based on item rates must be prepared according to the bidding documents and submitted to the PWD Compound at 6-Mecload Road. The final submission deadline is set for the end of June 2026, coinciding with the close of the 2025-26 financial year.
