Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Ladha in Ladha, KPK invites sealed electronic bids from reputable manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers for the procurement and fabrication of solid waste machinery. The scope of work involves the fabrication of specialized waste management equipment, including refuse collectors and skip loaders, on chassis provided by the TMA. This project is aimed at enhancing the waste collection and sanitation infrastructure within the tehsil. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, be listed on the Active Taxpayers List, and possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Additionally, firms must demonstrate a 3S facility (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to ensure long-term operational support. The bidding process will be conducted via the EPADS portal following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals, along with a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR, must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 29 May 2026.
