The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed tenders from registered companies, firms, joint ventures, and sole proprietors for a commercial business opportunity at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. The scope of the concession involves the installation, operation, and maintenance of six mobile and laptop charging stands, with three units to be placed in the International Departure Satellite Lounges and three in the Domestic Departure Satellite Lounges at Level-III, Jinnah Terminal. This opportunity is offered for a license period of five years or until the outsourcing of the airport, whichever occurs earlier. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring both technical and financial offers. Eligible bidders must meet specific criteria outlined in the tender terms and conditions. Interested parties can purchase tender documents until 01 June 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All technical and financial bids must be submitted at the Main Conference Room, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, by 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
