The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI) in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids for a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) regarding hardware maintenance for its PAC'S infrastructure. The scope of work includes 24/7 technical support, preventative maintenance, and emergency repair services for critical storage and backup systems, specifically focusing on the IBM V5000 system and integrated Tape Libraries. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining a 99.9% uptime, providing on-site parts replacement, and ensuring rapid response times—30 minutes for critical hardware issues and 4 hours for non-critical failures. Bidders must demonstrate technical proficiency in IBM hardware diagnostics, performance tuning, and software patching. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) and requires submission via the EPADS portal.
