Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore High Court invites electronic bids for the procurement and installation of twelve 50-inch LED screens (Samsung or equivalent) along with 30-meter 4K superior quality HDMI cables. This equipment is intended for use outside the Hon'ble Courts. The tender is open to well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous experience in this field and valid registrations with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Regulations 2024. Eligible bidders must submit an e-bid proposal through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) portal. A 5% bid security of the estimated cost (PKR 99,000) is required. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically before the closing date on 01 June 2026.
