Description / Scope of Work
The Physical Planning & Housing Department in Dadyal, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the implementation of a new water supply scheme in Kashmir Colony and the extensive up-gradation of the existing water supply infrastructure in Dadyal City. This critical public utility project involves the construction of water storage tanks, laying of distribution pipelines, and the installation of pumping machinery to improve water access and pressure for residents. Eligible contractors must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and be active taxpayers. Tender documents detailing the technical specifications, scope of work, and bill of quantities can be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office in Mirpur upon payment of the prescribed fee. Bids must be submitted in a single-stage, one-envelope procedure and must reach the department before the deadline at 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of representatives. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal under the guidelines of the AJ&K Public Procurement Rules
