NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, invites Request for Proposals (RFP) for 'Consultancy Services' for the development and improvement of an International Standard Hockey Ground featuring artificial grass. The scope includes detailed engineering design, drawings, cost estimation, and technical supervision (Tender No. PC/Hockey/NED/CONSULTANT/01/850/25). Bidding is open to PEC-registered consultants and follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Least Cost Selection Method.
