The Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the implementation of a major Traffic Management Solution at Kashmir Chowk on Murree Road. This high-profile infrastructure project, with an estimated cost of approximately 1.34 billion Rupees, is designed to alleviate congestion and improve traffic flow at one of the city's busiest intersections. Eligible firms must be well-reputed and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1 or above, specifically holding project codes CE-01, CE-02, CE-09, CE-10, and EE-11 for the current financial year. The procurement process follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Bidders are required to provide a bid security of 14 million Rupees in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. All proposals must be submitted online through the EPADS system. The deadline for electronic bid submission is 11:30 AM on 01 June 2026, with technical bids scheduled for public opening via EPADS at 12:00 PM on the same day.
