Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer, Kalabagh Headworks Division, Daudkhel, invites bids for the repair and renovation of the Regulation Hut at RD.10+800, Thal Canal Main Line Upper. This civil works project involves extensive masonry repairs, including dismantling sun-dried and brick masonry, and laying a new damp-proof course (DPC) with bitumen coating and polythene sheets. The scope of work includes first-class tile roofing with mud plaster and bitumen coating, as well as internal and external finishing using vinyl emulsion distemper and high-quality painting for doors and windows. Plumbing and sanitary upgrades are also required, featuring the installation of heavy-duty check valves (PN-16 rating) from approved manufacturers such as Crane, Hattersley, or Scon, and premium bathroom fixtures from brands like Faisal, Sonex, or Master. All materials and execution must adhere to the standardized specifications and directions provided by the Engineer Incharge.
