Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore High Court in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders from active tax-paying firms, including manufacturers, authorized dealers, and distributors, for the procurement of high-quality furniture and fixture items. This procurement is intended to meet the institutional requirements of the Lahore High Court, Lahore, as well as its allied benches. Interested bidders must provide a bid security amounting to five percent of the total estimated cost of the specific items they are bidding for, submitted in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. Bidding documents, containing detailed technical specifications, item quantities, and comprehensive terms and conditions, can be acquired from the office of the Assistant Registrar (Procurement) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of five hundred Rupees. All bids must be prepared using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted manually to the procurement office no later than 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, after which the technical bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
