Purchase of Electric Bikes for National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS)

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Procurement Directorate in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites sealed competitive tenders from well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms, companies, and sole proprietors for the purchase of electric bikes. Eligible suppliers must demonstrate a minimum of one year of active relevant experience in supplying electric bikes within either the public or private sectors. Bidders are required to maintain active tax-paying status and be prominently listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue for both GST and Income Tax. The procurement process will be strictly executed using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure managed electronically via the PPRA E-PADS platform. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the required refundable bid security, equivalent to two percent of the total bid value, onto the portal and physically submit the original instrument drawn in favor of NUMS prior to the submission deadline. Electronic technical and financial proposals must be successfully uploaded through the EPADS gateway no later than 9:30 AM on 02 June 2026.
