Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Directorate of Youth Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs Department in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from interested bidders, firms, and manufacturers for the procurement of various physical assets. The scope of supply is divided into four distinct categories: IT equipment including laptops, computers, printers, and scanners; furniture and fixtures such as office chairs, tables, and workstations; machinery and equipment including air conditioners, generators, and sound systems; and general or other store items. All procurements will be conducted under a single-stage, one-envelope procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as the Sindh Revenue Board. Bidding documents containing detailed item specifications, quantities, and terms can be obtained from the office up to the deadline. Complete technical and financial bids must be submitted by 1:00 PM on 04 June 2026, and will be opened publicly at 2:00 PM on the same day.
